We had such a great experience at Dogwood. We took our dog Hank in for a second opinion regarding a possible torn ACL/CCL. Dr. Chris was very through with his explanation and options along with possible outcomes,etc. We felt very comfortable with moving forward with surgery in his care. He has been very responsive with after care questions even via email over the weekend. Great staff and care. Highly recommend!

A friend recommended Dogwood Vet Clinic when our 6 rear old, 85 lb, Golden Doodle, Hazel, experienced a serious ACL rupture in her left rear leg. We were immediately Impressed with the genuine compassion of the staff and their willingness to take the time to explain what had happened to Hazel and all of the options for treatment of her leg, Dr. Chris explained the three surgeries that could be done, showing x-ray examples of each. His personal experience was obvious as he talked about the procedures and the prognosis for each. Long story short, Hazel's surgery was done and her recovery has been tremendous! Dr. Chris prescribed a post-surgery plan, including periodic injections that have been proven to reduce the recurrence of that type of injury. Just as important, Hazel loves to go to Dogwood. Each time we have gone for follow-up visits, everyone on the staff celebrates with her on her excellent recovery. They truly love the animals they serve. We just need more stars to rate Dogwood!

Found them thru adopting a rescue dog that they had initially treated when she was found. They were extremely detailed in their care for her. I followed up with an appointment, for some ongoing issues ( teeth cleaning, extremely long toenails, etc.). They are so compassionate and friendly ! I was so impressed with the attention and love they gave to my new rescued dog………….I plan to change veterinary care for my older dog, too. THEY REALLY DO CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS !!!
